When you practice yoga a couple of times a week it helps increase muscle strength and flexibility it also helps boost your endurance and tunes up your lungs heart and blood vessels, it also helps to lower blood pressure and cholesterol and blood sugar. You will be more satisfied with your body and less critical of yourself inwardly and it helps calm the mind, once you are on the right track this will also help you make better choices with your food as mind and body become one When you start your yoga journey you will start to feel the benefits almost immediately as it learns you how to relax and distress and get on with normal everyday life situations.

Pilates caters for everyone, from beginners to advanced. You can perform exercises using your own body weight, or with the help of various pieces of equipment. A typical Pilates workout includes a number of exercises and stretches. Each exercise is performed with the attention to correct breathing techniques and abdominal muscle control. To gain the maximum benefit, you should do Pilates at least two or three times per week. You may notice postural improvements after 10 to 20 sessions. My name is Sharon, I have been in the Hair and Beauty Industry for over 30 years. I've now decided to follow my passion for Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training and Diet and Nutrition. My aim is to help Women who feel a little unconfortable going to the Gym achieve their goals. I'm now teaching classes in my Studio at The Day Spa, Sunderland. I am also offering one to one Personal classes and I can also offer Diet and Nutrition Programmes suited to individual needs.
Class Day and Times are as follows:
Sunday 8.00 - 8.45 And 9.00 - 9.45 A.M.
Monday 5.00 - 5.45 And 6.00 - 6.45 P.M.
Tuesday 8.30 - 9.15 A.M.
Thursday 6.00 - 6.45 P.M.
Yoga Prices: £8.00 per Class. Block bookings of 10 Classes: £70.00 More Classes available on request.
Pilates Price: £15.00 per Class.
One to one Classes available on request.
